2️⃣ Log in using Singpass
3️⃣ Click “My CPF” → “Home Ownership”

5️⃣ You’ll see two key figures:
Amount Used for Property (your CPF refund amount)
Accrued Interest (interest payable back to CPF)
📍 Copy both numbers for:
Husband → “CPF Refund (H)” & “Accrued Interest (H)”
Wife → “CPF Refund (W)” & “Accrued Interest (W)”
